Do we accept returns/refunds?
We accept returns and refunds on a limited basis. If you would like
to request a return or refund please contact us within 48 hours at
max after delivery (verified by the Delivery Confirmation included
in your order). We stand by our packaging and shipping practices, if
you want a refund or return you will receive your money back minus
shipping from us and to us (for shipping the product back to us).
Do we exchange for broken items?
We will exchange the item if is it damaged during shipment. You need
to pay for shipping of the damaged product within 48 hours at max
after the delivery (verified by the Delivery Confirmation included
in your order). The plastic Quaffers and SplitShooters are built durable and
made to take a
beating, but please wash on low heat in the dish washer to avoid
warping/melting. Glass Quaffers are dish washing machine safe. |
